Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data iTalent Partners collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf and what rights you have over it. We collect the minimum we need to reply to you and to run the conversations you book.

Who we are

iTalentPartners LLC ("iTalent Partners", "we", "us") operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described below.

You can reach us at any time at lgomez@italentpartners.com.

What we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to keep the site working and secure.

  • When you send a message: your name, email address, the topic you selected, your message, and your phone number if you choose to provide it.
  • When you book a conversation: your first and last name, email address, the reason for contacting us, the time you selected and your timezone. Optionally, your phone number, and — depending on whether you contact us as a professional or on behalf of a company — your LinkedIn profile, company name or job title.
  • Attribution data: the UTM parameters, referring site and landing page associated with your visit. We use this only to understand which channels our enquiries come from. It is never shown to you and never used to profile you.
  • Technical data: your IP address is processed transiently to apply rate limiting and spam protection. It is not stored alongside your enquiry.
  • Analytics data, only if you consent: see the Cookie Policy.

Why we use it and on what basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and to schedule, run, reschedule or cancel the conversation you requested. Basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
  • To send you the confirmation, calendar invitation and meeting link for a booking you made. Basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
  • To understand which channels our enquiries come from, using attribution data. Basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how people find us.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
  • To measure website usage through analytics. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

What we never ask for

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website — no identification numbers, financial details, health information or similar. Please do not include information of that kind in a free-text field. If you do, we will delete it.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions and only for the purposes above:

  • Google (Google Calendar) — to check availability and create, update or cancel the calendar event for your conversation.
  • Zoom — to create the unique meeting for your conversation.
  • Our transactional email provider — to send confirmations and notifications.
  • Our website hosting provider — to serve this site.
  • Google Analytics — only if you consent to analytics cookies.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — if enabled, to distinguish real visitors from automated abuse.

Some of these providers operate outside your country. Where that involves an international transfer, it is made under the safeguards those providers make available, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and booking details: kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then deleted when no longer necessary.
  • Calendar events and meeting records: retained in the connected Google and Zoom accounts according to their own settings.
  • Analytics data: retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
  • Technical data used for rate limiting: held only for a short window, measured in minutes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these, write to lgomez@italentpartners.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

All integrations with Google, Zoom and our email provider run server-side using credentials that are never exposed to your browser. Form submissions are validated and sanitized on the server, rate limited, and protected against automated abuse. We keep logging to the minimum needed to operate the service and do not log the contents of your messages.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
